Assembly Area, Scrutineering, Parc Ferme, Signing On
1.
For access, from the paddocks, to either Scrutineering or the Assembly Area, competitors need to drive from this direction. They will then drive straight on for Scrutineering, or turn right for the Assembly Area.
2.
Just before the Scrutineering Bay, in the right, is this office. The left side is for competitor’s signing on, the right side is where officials sign on.
Driver briefings also take place outside this office.

Having exited the Scrutineering Bay and turned left, competitors drive uphill, past the fuel station and towards the paddocks.
6.
Having driven from the paddock and turned left to face the entrance to the Scrutineering Bay, turn immediate right down this narrow lane. Note the arrow indicating a one-way road.
7.
There is also a footpath leading to the Assembly Area, which starts by the Signing On office.
8.
Cars can be seen lining up for a test session, having accessed the Assembly Area via the paddocks. The head of the queue is lined up on the right-hand side of the Assembly Area, by the ambulance, where cars will be released onto the circuit.
At the edge of the Assembly Area are offices and the podium.
Note the second entrance, to the right, currently closed. When the session is in operation, this gate can be open to allow drivers direct access from the circuit.

Inner Circuit Access and Facilities
1.
From the Assembly area, access to the pits, race admin and medical centre is only allowed with marshal guidance, when no cars are on circuit.
Carefully walk down the access road to the circuit and turn right, after approximately 25 metres, turn left.
If traffic is allowed access to the pit lane, this is done by driving straight on past the Clubhouse, seen here on the left. Drive carefully and take the sharp right at Hairpin, then the following right at Barn. The pit entry is now ahead, on the right.
2.
The pits, Race Admin and Medical Centre are at the bottom.

Return to Paddocks, Parc Ferme Scrutineering, and Assembly Area
Leaving the circuit, the driver will precede to the paddock, scrutineering or the Assembly Area, the latter generally during testing when stopping for checks or adjustments.
Approaching the Mountain, the driver should give indication to drivers behind by raising a hand, particularly as the turn in to the Mountain will be on the normal racing line. Then, stay left and reduce speed, as the exit lane is directly ahead and begins with a sharp turn to the right.
On pulling off the circuit and turning sharp right, there are two grandstands ahead. It is a steep climb, so if you have engine issues, it may be a challenge.
Head to Parc Ferme, Scrutineering or Paddocks
By the end of the first grandstand, there is a sharp turn to the left. This leads up to the paddock area. At the top of the hill is a junction. Turn right for Scrutineering or go straight on for the paddocks.
If you meant to go to the Assembly Area, then turn right (for Scrutineering), then immediate right, heading back down to the Assembly Area.
Head to the Assembly Area
By the end of the first grandstand, there is a sharp turn to the left. Ignore this and got straight on, passing the second grandstand. Hopefully the gate will be open and you can enter the Assembly Area. Be cautious of other cars arriving and lining up for their session, that follows yours. Also be cautious of pedestrians, as this may be a busy, hardworking area.
1.
From the first apex of the Mountain, head straight on, into the exit lane and turn sharp right.
2.
Turn right and head uphill, passing the first grandstand.
3.
At the end of the first grandstand, turn left for the paddocks and scrutineering.
Alternatively, continue straight on, passing the second grandstand, to the Assembly Area.
4.
Having turned left at the first grandstand, drive up this steep hill.
A toilet block can be seen at the rise. Drive straight on and past this for the paddock. Turn right for Parc Ferme and Scrutineering.
5.
Having on straight on at, this photograph is from the end of the second grandstand. This lane leads to the Assembly Area.
